We want you to be completely satisfied with your mouthguard(s), and what's more so do our technicians who have made them. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with your mouthguard(s) or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary, as each mouthguard is unique. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, with a note to explain why and if possible in the original packaging (with your customer advice note) within 7 days of the date of receipt. We will refund your money or send you a replacement.
